Another set swap that is nice for wizards is the advanced truth (level 100 leviathan nest set) because it allows for a much faster stifle cooldown. This is mainly utilized in dungeons like ferocious tundra, where the boss has a one hit mechanic because it allows for a larger window for the cleric to silence the boss.
